I'm launching a new podcast for the Silicon Valley executive community and I'm looking for a real show producer — someone who understands what makes a show good and what makes it grow. You should know how to:
- Shape content and format that keeps high-level listeners hooked
- Build an audience and actually make a show popular, not just publish it
- Navigate distribution — platforms, syndication, what moves the needle
- Open doors through real industry contacts and relationships
Ideal fit: Bay Area–based, with a track record of shows you've launched and grown. Please share them. This is a chance to build a show for C-suite leaders and board directors from the ground up.
