Key Responsibilities: - Conduct interviews with content creators via Zoom, following a structured list of questions provided by our team. - Ensure each interview runs smoothly, keeping the conversation on track while maintaining a natural and engaging tone. - Capture valuable insights from interviewees that can be transcribed and clipped into social media content. - Record interviews and submit both the audio and video files to the team for further processing. - Ensure all interviews maintain a professional and comfortable environment for the interviewees. - Provide feedback on potential improvements to the interview process and suggest new questions or content angles. - Nice to have: Transcribe interviews using software such as Descript and return the transcription to the team. Qualifications: - Strong communication and interviewing skills with the ability to guide conversations while sticking to the structured format. - Native-level English, with the ability to ask questions clearly and professionally. - Familiarity with digital culture. - Experience in interviewing or podcasting is preferred, but not required. - A quality microphone and a stable internet connection are required to ensure high audio quality for recordings. - Comfortable working with diverse communities, particularly content creators. - Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines. - Background as a virtual assistant in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus. - Professional demeanor, with the ability to create a relaxed yet engaging environment for interviewees. - Ability to maintain clear, concise, and structured conversations during interviews. Compensation: $10/hour, depending on experience and location. Flexible hours, with the ability to schedule interviews based on the availability of interviewees.
