Podcast booking expert
We are looking for an English-speaking professional specializing in podcast booking and podcast outreach. We need someone who is excellent on strategy, auditing, and process—not just execution. We’re not looking for someone who just follows instructions. We already have people who can execute tasks, but we’re missing strategic thinking in this area. The idea would be to have a discussion with someone who has experience developing guest podcast booking strategies, so they can: - understand what we’re currently doing; - review our approach; - identify what’s holding us back; - explain realistic benchmarks and metrics; - propose a more robust process; - help us scale this aspect effectively. The goal is to figure out how to make our podcast booking strategy truly effective, because while we’re making progress, we’re still struggling a bit. We don’t have a budget at the moment; the goal is to have an initial discussion, explain our needs, understand their approach, and then have them provide a quote if possible. Our CEO will determine the budget himself afterward based on the profile and what they propose.
