Podcast Editor — LinkedIn Reels + Full YouTube Episodes (Ongoing)

We're looking for a skilled podcast editor to become a long-term part of our content workflow. You'll turn our raw recordings into a polished full episode for YouTube and a set of short, scroll-stopping clips for LinkedIn. This is ongoing, recurring work on a regular schedule — not a one-off. If you do great work, we keep you busy. The work Cadence: ~1 episode every two weeks (bi-weekly). Episode length: between 30 and 45 minutes Reel length: 20 seconds up to 2 minutes Per episode you'll deliver: -1 full YouTube episode — clean edit, audio cleanup/leveling, cuts for pacing, intro/outro, basic lower-thirds and titles. -3–5 short vertical reels for LinkedIn — the strongest emotional, surprising, or insightful moments, cut to stand alone and hook in the first 2 seconds. Captions/subtitles, clean formatting, punchy. What we care about most -Emotional, high-impact clip selection. We want clips that make people feel something — moments that land, not just -informational soundbites. Your eye for the right moment matters more than fancy effects. -High-quality, consistent formatting. Clean captions, on-brand titles, tidy framing, good audio. It should look professional every single time. -Reliability on a schedule. We need a dependable turnaround we can plan around. You're a great fit if you -Have edited podcasts and short-form social clips before (LinkedIn / Reels / Shorts / TikTok). -Can self-direct clip selection once you understand the show. Communicate clearly and hit deadlines. -Work in [your tools — e.g. Premiere Pro / DaVinci / CapCut] or equivalent.
