Your future role at a glance Location: Remote with up to 50% travel Department/Specialty: Risk Management Schedule: Full time, Days Salary range: $79,511.51- $110,834.59 per year #LI-Remote How you'll make an impact in this role Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives. Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change. Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and for collaborating with executive leadership to access necessary resources. Manage resources, process and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility. Develop and update the ongoing management plan. Monitor and ensure that detailed project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt preferred.. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed Registered Nurse preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
