People Experience – HR Generalist
Job Description:
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing BlastX teammate’s experience by helping scale people programs and processes
- Support the development and execution of key PX functions including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
- Champion the company's core values and culture
- Plan company events and recognition moments
- Communicate across email, Slack, and video to keep teammates informed and connected
- Run day-to-day PX operations including teammate records and benefits administration
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of People Experience (HR) experience in a consultancy or professional services organization
- Experience creating and facilitating engagement activities or programs to ensure a positive team experience
- Recruiting experience qualifying the best talent for various roles within the organization
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Solid understanding of California employment laws and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
