Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally over the phone or via chat. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for calls. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar fields is preferred but not required.
