Overnight Remote Body Imaging or Emergency Radiologist: 5 pm - 2 am MST shift (7 on/14 off). 100% remote position. 100% Emergency Radiology. Schedule: 5pm - 2am MST; 7 days on / 14 days off (122 shifts per year). Diversified Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained radiologist to join our sub-specialized after-hours team. A fellowship in Body Imaging or Emergency Radiology with a focus in Chest, Abdominal, MRI, and Emergency reads is preferred; well-rounded MSK imaging fellowships with experience in body/emergency imaging will be considered. This position will NOT involve neuroradiology reads.
Responsibilities
- Read CT, ultrasound, x-ray, MR, and Nuclear imaging studies of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis for evaluation.
- Collaborate via InteleViewer across multiple hospital systems and imaging partners; use the integrated IM to communicate with technicians, radiologists, and our 24/7 in-house radiology support team.
- Utilize PowerScribe 360 for dictation.
- Work from a single platform with Clario Smart Worklist to prioritize cases by urgency and efficiency; cases can be manually selected or auto-launched.
- Apply AI tools (AIdoc) for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, PE, and incidental PE.
- Coordinate credentialing and onboarding with administrative staff; access radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $420k total (including $400k base + $20k retention bonus) with partnership opportunities offering $550k–$600k+ depending on productivity.
- Moving allowance: $15,000 if applicable
- Partnership track: 1 year for candidates with 2+ years of experience; 2 years for less-experienced candidates
- Productivity bonus: offered to associates and partners
- Fellowship stipend: $1,000 monthly during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology
- Vacation: Generous time off with internal moonlighting options

Position Requirements
- Fellowship-trained
- ABR Board Certified or, if recent graduate, Board Eligible
- Expertise in reading emergency and body imaging exams
- General diagnostic radiology skills
- High-speed internet connection for remote work
- Multi-state licensing a plus, but not required
