OTR Fleet Dispatcher (Remote) | 8–10 Trucks | 1% Gross Commission | Long-Term Opportunity all 48 states welcom. Join A1 Soltan Truck Inc. A1 Soltan Truck Inc. is seeking an experienced OTR Fleet Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote position for someone who thinks like an owner—not just a load booker.
Responsibilities
Dispatch and manage a fleet of 8–10 OTR trucks. Find, negotiate, and book profitable freight while building strong relationships with brokers. Complete carrier packets (RMIS, Highway, MyCarrierPackets, PDF packets, etc.). Plan reloads, minimize empty miles, strategically position trucks in strong freight markets, and always maintain backup plans for unexpected cancellations. Plan weekends, holidays, and driver home time while maximizing revenue and minimizing deadhead. Monitor truck locations using Motive and strategically plan fuel purchases using the RTS Fuel Card platform. Coordinate roadside assistance, breakdowns, and other operational issues. Ensure drivers record accurate check-in/check-out times and recover all eligible detention, layover, TONU, and other accessorial charges. Respond promptly and professionally to brokers, customers, and drivers by phone and email. Maintain accurate load information in Truckpedia while continuously improving fleet efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of OTR dispatching experience preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Excellent written and spoken English with professional phone communication skills. Strong negotiation, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to successfully manage 8–10 trucks simultaneously. Experience with DAT, Truckstop, Truckpedia, Motive, RMIS, Highway, and MyCarrierPackets. Full-time availability (this is not a part-time or secondary position). Reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated home office, and a personal computer. No dispatching agencies or multi-company dispatch services. We are looking for a dedicated dispatcher committed exclusively to A1 Soltan Truck Inc.

Compensation
Starting compensation is 1% of the gross revenue generated by the trucks you dispatch. This is a performance-based position. Dispatchers who consistently increase truck revenue, negotiate stronger freight rates, improve operational efficiency, reduce empty miles, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth will be considered for commission increases based on performance.
