Operations & Customer Support Administrator
This is a remote position. A well-reputed UK-based gardening business servicing several towns north of London is seeking a highly organised and proactive remote Operations & Customer Support Administrator for 8-10 hours per month (potential to increase as the business grows). This role supports smooth day-to-day coordination between customers, subcontractor gardeners, and the business owner, ensuring efficient scheduling and clear communication. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary link between customers and gardeners Respond to enquiries and engage with new leads Prepare and issue customer quotes Schedule and manage bookings Provide subcontractor gardeners with clear job details Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets Communicate via WhatsApp and BookingKoala Escalate queries or operational issues when required
Requirements
Experience working with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, BookingKoala(training provided) Exceptionally well organised with strong attention to detail Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to problem-solve independently Administration, scheduling, or customer service experience Gardening or landscaping exposure (not essential)
