Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person or remote loan document signings.
- Verify borrower identities according to state notary laws.
- Guide clients through real estate closing packages without offering legal advice.
- Ensure all signatures, initials, and notarizations are completed accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow proper document-handling procedures.
- Return completed packages on time via secure upload or overnight courier.
- Communicate with title companies, lenders, and signing services as needed.
