All underpinned by technology created with purpose. Your Role Lead data-driven manufacturing transformation initiatives to optimize production, quality, and compliance across pharma environments. Implement and manage digital quality systems (eQMS, LIMS, DMS, TMS) to enhance deviation tracking, CAPA management, and audit readiness. Drive data governance, data quality, and master data management aligned with GMP, GLP, and GCP standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, regulatory, and digital teams to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decisions. Your Profile Strong domain expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including batch records, deviations, CAPAs, and environmental monitoring. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau), along with systems like SAP and MES. Consulting mindset with experience in client-facing roles, project delivery, and translating data into business value. Deep understanding of GMP-compliant data systems, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and predictive analytics.
