About the position Emora Health provides virtual behavioral therapy to children, teens, young adults, and their families. We support ages 5 through 30, focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and related concerns. Our goal is to make high-quality care more accessible while giving clinicians the flexibility and support they need to do their best work. Therapists join (and stay) with Emora because we keep things simple, clinician-centered, and supportive. Responsibilities
- Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families
- Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
- Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases
- Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools
- Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise
Requirements
- Active independent license in Texas (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
- 2+ years experience treating children/teens and their families
- Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
- Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
- Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment
Nice-to-haves
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
