Marketing & CRM Specialist (Marketing Coordinator)
Tech stack: CRM tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud / HubSpot / Braze (or similar) Analytics & dashboards: Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, Power BI Project management: Jira, Asana, Trello Collaboration tools: MS Teams, SharePoint CMS platforms Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in marketing / CRM / digital marketing Experience with marketing campaigns and content coordination Understanding of customer engagement and lifecycle marketing Ability to analyze campaign performance and work with KPIs / dashboards Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Good level of English (daily communication) Nice to have: Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / retail Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation Exposure to multi-market or localized campaigns Project description: You will support marketing activities across one or both fast-growing peer-to-peer platforms (second-hand marketplace and home services), depending on business needs. Main responsibilities: Coordinate marketing campaigns and content production across teams Prepare clear content briefs for seasonal and campaign initiatives Manage cooperation with internal teams (e.g. content, product, tech) Work closely with external agencies (content, localization, CRM) Support CRM operations and campaign execution (via external partners) Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs Work with data teams to improve dashboards and reporting Ensure alignment between marketing, product, and operational teams
