Marketing Coordinator

SSON is a company focused on organizing events and marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing event marketing campaigns, enhancing event visibility, and driving attendee registration while developing their career.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Assistance : Help manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and website content
  • Content and Material Preparation : Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as digital content, brochures, and sales materials
  • Support in Event Marketing Strategy : Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans for events, including pre-event campaigns, on-site marketing, and post-event activities
  • Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations Teams : Work closely with key teams to align event marketing strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination : Coordinate with external vendors and partners as required to support event marketing
  • Data Management and Reporting : Support the collection and analysis of marketing data, providing insights to improve future campaigns

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with some focus on event marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of event marketing
  • Technically astute with experience in marketing automation, website content management, Canva, Google Analytics and standard business applications like MS Office
