Position: Manager, Product - Fashion Island
Summary
The Product Manager is a boutique leader and brand ambassador responsible for driving the business within a specific product category while coaching and developing an in-store sales team to deliver an elevated client experience. This role partners with the Boutique Director and Home Office on assortment planning, analysis, and reporting to grow sales and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Coach, inspire, and develop boutique sales teams to deliver elevated client service and drive business performance
- Own all aspects of the assigned product category, including assortment planning, analysis, and reporting
- Provide initial and ongoing product and service training to team members, including CHANEL savoir faire and product details
- Represent the brand in market through client development, community partnerships, and events
- Maintain boutique image and operational standards and apply KPIs to improve team and business results
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated people leadership, communication skills, and passion for client experience
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- In-store presence required to coach teams and uphold boutique standards
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
