Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote, Full-Time) at Growth and Healing Psychiatric Clinic

Position Overview Growth and Healing Psychiatric Clinic is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience, while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work collaboratively with our mental health team to ensure client-centered care is delivered effectively. While telehealth platforms facilitate most interactions, occasional participation in team meetings or community outreach may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through detailed interviews and structured diagnostic tools to accurately determine the needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and supportive therapy sessions designed to foster community and discuss prominent mental health topics.
• Engage in team-based care, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment.
• Deliver crisis interventions when necessary, providing immediate support and guidance during acute situations.
• Educate patients on mental health issues, various treatment pathways, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, case consultations, and training, keeping up-to-date with the latest research in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse clientele dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. The effective treatment of these conditions requires an understanding of the unique socio-cultural factors that affect mental health. As a therapist at Growth and Healing, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the distinct needs of each client.

Qualifications

• A relevant master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing in the state of Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental disorders, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse range of populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Capacity to thrive in a cooperative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of relevant mental health counseling experience.
• Prior experience working in outpatient settings, with familiarity in navigating various mental health treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
