Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LPC) – 100% Remote, Flexible Schedule – $70–75/hr

About Northeast Wellness Clinic: Northeast Wellness Clinic is a private practice dedicated to providing holistic mental health and wellness services. Our team is committed to delivering the highest standard of care and working collaboratively to support individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being. Our multidisciplinary team includes compassionate therapists, medication management providers, front desk staff, a billing specialist, and an office manager. With in-house doctors, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely to create personalized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs. We are also an authorized Spravato® treatment center and offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for the treatment of depression, OCD, and, tentatively, chronic body pain. As our practice continues to grow and expand, we are seeking additional fully licensed therapists to join our team. Client Referrals: We have high demand for our therapists and will provide you with patient referrals. Full Administrative Support: Our team will credential you, handle payment processing and billing. Our EHR system is easy to use and our patient portal allows for easy messaging with patients. In Office Medication Management and Treatment Options: Our clinic provides comprehensive medication management and ongoing support for your patients. When medication management is indicated, our experienced providers develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to each patient’s needs. We are also a certified Spravato® treatment center and TMS treatment center, offering patients with treatment-resistant depression access to the only FDA-approved therapies of their kind—conveniently available within our office. Unlimited Growth: You can take on as many patients as you’d like. We have a waiting list of patients who will greatly benefit from another therapist joining our team. • Licensed to practice in the state of CT - LCSW, LPC
• 2+ years experience as a clinician
• Experience with the reporting process for abuse/neglect
• Full knowledge and understanding of HIPAA
• Ability to conduct mental health assessments
• High level of problem solving and ability to take initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: addiction counseling, trauma informed care, CBT, DBT, mindfulness practices, crisis intervention, co-occuring disorders, Telehealth counseling

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient intake assessments
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults (18+) in office and/or via Telehealth
• Keep detailed session notes and create solution focused treatment plans
• Utilize our EHR system for scheduling, account maintenance and communication with patients and staff
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and ethical boundaries
• Ensuring compassionate and nonjudgmental care via evidence based practices
• Collaborating with our providers for medication management needs
• Assisting with communicating about balances or scheduling issues with patients

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour Benefits:
