Job Summary Support the Project Manager and project team by performing routine procedures and tasks associated with the day-to-day management of laboratory studies across the full study lifecycle, from start-up through close-out. Help ensure study activities, monitoring, communications, and deliverables are completed in line with standard operating procedures, protocol requirements, and customer expectations. What You'll Be Doing

  • Support study start-up activities by attending meetings, preparing meeting minutes and action logs, and creating protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
  • Assist with protocol-specific laboratory setup activities, including centralized monitoring requirements, under the guidance of the Project Manager
  • Perform routine study maintenance tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access support, kit shipment coordination, and day-to-day study monitoring
  • Track study performance using reports, monitoring tools, and outputs to identify trends and provide feedback to internal and external teams
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, and external teams to resolve queries, protocol questions, issues, and escalations in a timely manner
  • Support administrative project tasks and lead customer communication activities when the Project Manager is absent
  • Contribute to study close-out activities and help ensure project outputs meet organizational, protocol-specific, and customer requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field preferred
  • 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred)
  • Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications
  • Experience using status reports, monitoring tools, and study support systems to track study performance and support laboratory centralized monitoring
  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Needed For This Role

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and use resources effectively
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, customers, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to follow applicable standards, procedures, and good practices while delivering high-quality outputs

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
