Job Title - Key Account Manager – Philippines Location - Philippines Contract Type - Permanent, Full-Time Reports To - Sales Director, South East Asia Direct Reports - None Purpose of the Role The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers in the swine and poultry sectors. The role focuses on promoting and selling ECO products, growing market share, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving agreed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Develop and implement account plans for key customers. Identify and work with suitable local distributors to maximise the use of product licences within the territory. Negotiate and support distributor agreements where required. Maintain regular communication with the Sales Director through call plans, activity reports, and other agreed updates. Work closely with Technical Services Managers to support customer needs and business growth. Manage customer debt and support collection activities. Prepare sales forecasts to support budgeting and stock planning. Manage the territory promotional budget. Maintain accurate documentation of roles, responsibilities, and business activities. Support knowledge sharing and mentoring activities as required. Spend significant time in the field visiting customers and distributors. Experience in a role requiring extensive travel. Proven experience in key account management. Demonstrated success in delivering customer solutions and achieving sales targets. Desirable Knowledge of the livestock vaccine market, particularly within the monogastric sector. Qualifications and Technical Skills Essential Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. Good English language skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
