Rain City Maids | Residential Services | Fully Remote Rain City Maids is hiring a high-performance inbound sales closer. We provide the leads. You close them. This is not cold calling. Every month we generate a high, steady volume of qualified inbound leads from homeowners who have already raised their hand for cleaning service. Every lead has already raised their hand. Your job is to reach them on the phone and convert them into booked customers. WHY THIS ROLE PAYS WELL Our commission structure is built to reward closers, not order-takers. You earn a competitive base plus uncapped, tiered commission on every dollar of revenue you generate, including recurring service revenue, so the customers you close keep paying you for months after the first booking. The better you convert, the higher your commission rate climbs. On-target earnings are $90,000 to $130,000, and top closers earn more as our lead volume grows. • Handle inbound residential cleaning inquiries
• Conduct structured phone-based sales conversations
• Convert qualified leads into booked jobs
• Follow up with undecided prospects
• Confirm booking details and handle light post-booking communication
• Accurately log activity in our CRM
• Work Pacific Time business hours

This is a closing role. Follow-ups and light customer communication support the sales pipeline but do not replace sales responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS

• Must reside in the United States
• Must work Pacific Time business hours
• Prior phone-based sales experience required
• Experience selling home services (cleaning, pest control, lawn care, HVAC, security) or in-home products (water treatment, windows, solar, roofing) strongly preferred
• Candidates from other consumer sales backgrounds will be considered if they can demonstrate strong objection handling and a track record of closing
• Be ready to speak to your close rate or conversion numbers from a prior role
