Role Description We're seeking detail-oriented Associate Theft Investigators to analyze video footage from self-service stores and identify potential theft incidents. This role combines analytical skills with attention to detail to support our mission of reducing retail losses.
- Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents
- Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines
- Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels
- Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed
- Update and maintain theft tracking systems
