What You’ll Do Lead the recruitment process for Registered Dietitians – from posting jobs and marketing openings to interviewing and making offers

• Develop creative advertising & sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, career fairs, etc.)
• Serve as the face of NutraCo – building relationships with candidates, universities, and professional networks
• Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate, timely candidate updates
• Collaborate with clinical and client service teams to ensure hiring needs are met quickly and effectively What We’re Looking For Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: - 3+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition (healthcare or hard-to-fill roles preferred) - Skilled with ATS platforms, Salesforce, Indeed, and other sourcing tools - Strong grasp of employment laws and recruiting best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
