Field-Based Risk Manager – Health & Safety PIB Risk Management | Remote/Field-Based | UK - Lincoln region Join PIB Risk Management as a Risk Manager, working directly with a portfolio of clients to deliver expert risk and health & safety consultancy. What you'll do: Conduct risk assessments, surveys, and inspections at client sites Produce tailored risk management documentation Investigate incidents and liaise with enforcing authorities Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities What we're looking for: NEBOSH/IOSH qualified (or working towards) Experience in risk assessment, audits, or H&S consultancy Confident, client-facing, and self-motivated Full UK driving licence – willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight What's in it for you: Competitive base salary up to £50,000 Generous car allowance Autonomy over your own diary and client portfolio Field-based flexibility with the backing of a national risk management business Why PIB Group?
