Health Policy & Management – AI Content Specialist About The Role Your public health expertise can do more than inform policy — it can shape how millions of people access health information through AI. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) graduates to help us get health right at scale. This is a fully remote, flexible contractor role where your domain knowledge directly influences how AI understands epidemiology, health equity, biostatistics, and public health policy.

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Health Scenarios — Create advanced public health challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to rigorously test AI understanding.
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, evidence-based responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from authoritative sources like the CDC and WHO.
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards. Identify gaps, misinformation, and flawed reasoning.
- Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and respond appropriately to diverse populations.
Who You Are
- Hold a Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or closely related graduate degree
- Have strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
- Can translate complex health data into clear, culturally sensitive, and actionable written information
- Bring a high level of precision when evaluating statistical significance, citations, and the logic of health interventions
- No prior AI experience required — your public health expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
- Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance
