Practice Flow is building a nationwide network of independent consultants to solve healthcare's biggest administrative bottlenecks through AI. About Practice Flow Private healthcare practices are drowning in administrative bloat, burnout, and shrinking margins. While the tools to fix this—generative AI, Copilots, and ambient scribes—already exist, almost no one knows how to actually implement them into a daily clinical workflow without disrupting patient care. Practice Flow is an AI workflow training and consulting firm that steps in where software companies leave off. We work exclusively with private healthcare practices to provide hands-on training built specifically for how a medical practice operates. We don't sell software; we sell time, margin, and sanity back to doctors and their administrative teams. The Role We are looking for Growth Partners—independent relationship professionals who open doors, close deals, and own client relationships as they grow. This is not a delivery role. You will not run workshops or build workflows. Your job is to get in the room, earn trust, and close the first engagement. When an engagement is signed, delivery is handed to a Practice Leader or technical contractor. The relationship, however, stays with you permanently. As a Growth Partner, your job is to make sure the client never stops growing with us. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Development: Leverage your existing warm network alongside the Practice Flow prospect database—a curated list of thousands of practices across five specialties—to initiate high-level conversations.
- Run Consultative Discovery: Lead peer-to-peer conversations with practice owners, clinical administrators, and managing partners who are actively experiencing operational bottlenecks.
- Close the Entry Engagement: Secure the initial AI Starter Workshop as the low-friction, high-value entry point to every new client relationship.
- Own the Upsell Ladder: Surface and close deeper engagements as the client’s needs grow—from monthly clinics to comprehensive, turnkey AI builds and strategic retainers.
- Maintain Active Portfolios: Conduct quarterly touchpoints and maintain ongoing stewardship of your accounts to ensure continued revenue growth.
Compensation & Partnership Structure We built a compensation model designed to attract and retain top-tier, entrepreneurial sales talent. It shifts the role from a standard "eat what you kill" sales job to true book-of-business ownership.
- Uncapped New Business Commission: Earn a highly competitive, flat-rate percentage (15–25%) on the gross value of every engagement you close—across every product, every time.
- Permanent Residuals: This is the core of the model. You earn a permanent monthly residual (8–12%) on every dollar your accounts generate for as long as they remain active. Every recurring account you add builds a monthly floor that compounds over time.
- Founding Partner Sprint: Growth Partners who hit foundational revenue and MRR targets within their first 12 months unlock permanent commission upgrades, a massive retroactive cash bonus, and firm-level profit sharing.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience selling into private healthcare practices, or firsthand experience managing a multi-provider clinical operation.
- A warm, existing network of healthcare practice owners, managers, or operators—people who will take your call today.
- High comfort level utilizing modern AI tools in a business context; you do not need to build anything, but you must speak credibly about what AI can do for a practice's bottom line.
- Self-directed and highly autonomous; able to build and manage your own pipeline without day-to-day micromanagement.
Preferred:
- Active ties to specific specialties such as dermatology, physical therapy, mental health, primary care, or dental.
- Prior consultative sales experience—solution selling, not product pitching.
- Deep familiarity with HIPAA compliance in clinical settings.
- Experience managing recurring revenue models and long-term account management.
