Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing a solid foundation for effective treatment.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with each client’s unique goals and challenges.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using recognized therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in case discussions to enhance client care and sharing insights for holistic treatment approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to promote trust and safety in client relationships.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through clinical supervision, peer case conferences, and training workshops, continually refining your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications

  • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

  • Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to mental health interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
