- Build and grow a book of carriers — cold calling, outreach, and relationship building is part of the job
- Source and book freight via DAT, Truckstop, and direct broker relationships
- Negotiate rates — hard. Every load matters.
- Monitor carrier compliance insurance expirations, carrier packets, broker requirements
- Handle documentation end-to-end rate cons, BOLs, check calls, PODs
- Log everything through the CLD9 platform — it’s built for dispatchers, not against them What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of freight dispatching or logistics coordination experience — required
- You know DAT and Truckstop like the back of your hand
- You can negotiate a rate without flinching
- You understand compliance — and why it’s the difference between a carrier that runs and one that gets shut down
- You’re self-managed, hungry, and don’t need hand-holding

Compensation
- Up to 50% commission split per load dispatched — no cap, no ceiling
