Farm Operations Manager (Remote Support)

This role will focus on optimizing farm efficiency, implementing best practices in crop and livestock management, and leveraging technology to enhance productivity across multiple sites. You will work closely with on-site farm managers and teams, providing guidance, analysis, and strategic recommendations from a remote setting. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in modern agriculture, data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills to foster a collaborative and productive environment. Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies and farm management software is essential.
Responsibilities
Provide remote guidance and support to on-site farm managers regarding daily operations, crop planning, and livestock management. Analyze farm data (yields, costs, resource usage) to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. reputed company and recommend best practices for planting, cultivation, pest control, harvesting, and livestock care. reputed company the implementation and utilization of farm management software and precision agriculture technologies. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a reputed company field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management, agricultural operations, or a closely reputed company role. Strong understanding of crop science, soil health, pest management, and/or livestock production. Proficiency with farm management software (e.g., AgLeader, Climate FieldView, reputed company Ag) and data analysis tools. Experience with precision agriculture techniques and technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage remote teams and operations. Familiarity with agricultural economics and financial management principles. A passion for sustainable and efficient agricultural practices.
