Your Responsibilities
As a Freelance Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Representing careerzynith as the contact person for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Screening patients for clinical trials, conducting thorough and empathetic conversations to ensure they're a good fit for our studies
- Collaborating with our team to facilitate connections between doctors and patients, streamlining the clinical trial process
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on medical topics and best practices
Your Profile
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Native fluency in Polish (mother-tongue) and excellent English language skills
- Previous experience as a Nurse, CRA, or in a related medical field
- Strong understanding of medical topics and concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals
- Proven experience in handling customer requests via phone and email, ideally in a call center environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings as needed
