What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact for key accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a strategy for successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact for key accounts
  • Facilitating executive meetings to drive progress towards desired business metrics and outcomes
  • Driving positive Net Promoter and candidate experience scores through initiatives with customers
  • Building relationships with key account contacts and internal partners on sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Identifying growth and expansion opportunities within the account portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 years of related experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Experience working with enterprise or strategic level customers preferred
  • Experience managing client relationships in software as a service or technology environments
  • Experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience in project/change management and organizational development
  • Passion for outstanding customer service and account management
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups/teams
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking individual
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce

While not required, having experience in the following areas will make you a strong candidate:

  • Knowledge of human resources/talent acquisition function
  • Experience in sales, consulting, training, or leading new initiatives in a corporate environment
