Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to elicit and document detailed business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements
- Analyze current state processes and systems, especially in commercial lending and loan servicing
- Translate business needs into clear specifications, process flows, and use cases
Skills
- Deep experience with ACBS
- Expert in requirement gathering and story writing
- Commercial Lending Product Configurations
- Ability to advise parent and child banking entities of ACBS best practices
- Collaborative team culture
- Ability to lead all stakeholders through decision points and agreements
