As a Customer Experience Champion at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to create exceptional customer experiences while making a tangible impact on their lives. You'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and identifying sales opportunities on every call. - Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Handle billing inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and address device-related questions of varying complexity.
- Identify sales opportunities on every call by introducing careerzynith's phone, home internet, and other services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
- Serve as a careerzynith brand ambassador, highlighting the benefits of our products and services to ensure customer loyalty.
- Utilize systems and tools effectively to manage customer accounts and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in onsite training, team meetings, and periodic collaboration events.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals.
- Experience resolving escalated customer concerns, billing issues, and product Q.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A quiet, private home workspace with a wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Google G-Suite (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Strong upselling skills with a passion for delivering tailored solutions to customers.
Home Office Requirements:
- Home office located within the contiguous United States.
- Reliable internet connection via cable or fiber modem (DSL, wireless, or satellite connections not permitted).
- Ability to self-manage and maintain company-provided equipment and home network setup.
- Compliance with periodic home office audits conducted via webcam.
