(opens in new window) (opens in new window) Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with BI reporting and financial analytics. Hands‑on experience with modern BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and a deep understanding of SAP ERP/MRP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP PP). Ability to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from SAP systems into BI environments. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills; proven ability to produce documentation and deliver training for end‑users. Desired Skills: Strong SQL proficiency and solid data‑modeling expertise. Advanced certifications such as CBIP, SAP FI/CO, SAP BW/4HANA, or PMP, and/or a graduate degree in analytics or data science. Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities (predictive forecasting, anomaly detection) into SAP‑based BI workflows. Familiarity with SAP data‑warehouse solutions (SAP BW, SAP HANA) and ETL tools like Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or SSIS. Strong grasp of data‑governance, security, and compliance standards within a financial context. Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable cost savings or efficiency gains through automation, process redesign, or advanced analytics on SAP data. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610.
