This role sits at the intersection of design systems, AI-enabled workflows, and product development tooling. You will play a key role in shaping how teams design, build, and scale high-quality digital experiences by introducing efficient, consistent, and forward-thinking workflows. Job Description
The UX Designer will collaborate across design, engineering, research, accessibility, and product teams to improve builder experiences and enable scalable product development practices. This role focuses on workflow design, emerging technology integration, and organizational adoption of new tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Include
- Support the evolution of builder experiences by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and adoption across design, engineering, and AI-assisted workflows
- Design and document workflows, guardrails, and best practices to ensure consistent, accessible, and scalable product development
- Partner with engineering teams on AI enablement initiatives, including prompt-based interfaces, code generation, and design-to-development integrations
- Conduct research and discovery to identify builder needs, friction points, and opportunities for workflow improvement and automation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and platform capabilities
- Define and measure key metrics related to adoption, workflow efficiency, accessibility, quality, and user satisfaction
- Facilitate workshops, pilots, and experimentation initiatives to support organizational change and tool adoption
- Prototype and demonstrate future-state workflows and concepts to inform long-term product creation strategies
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, design systems, workflow design, design operations, service design, or related fields
- Experience contributing to workflow transformation, tooling initiatives, or design system adoption within large organizations
- Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on workflows, tooling, or design-to-development processes
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development workflows (e.g., prompt-based interfaces, code generation, or similar technologies)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, workflow design, service design, or large-scale organizational initiatives
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to translate ambiguity into actionable solutions, prototypes, and implementation plans
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with emerging product creation technologies such as Figma Make, MCP-enabled tooling, or similar platforms
- Background in designing service blueprints, operational processes, or enablement frameworks
- Experience supporting platform enablement or large-scale design system programs
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices within enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new tools and workflows across complex organizations
- Forward-thinking mindset with strong awareness of AI, automation, and evolving product development trends
