Epic Willow Analyst & Developer
Contract opportunity (approximately 4 months) for an experience Epic Willow Analyst/Developer Client Requirements: This role can be remote, consultant MUST be based in US Hours: Monday - Friday (core hours - CST) The contract length will be approximately 4-5 months long. This is not expected to extend. IT Epic Willow Analyst and Developer: This position will work primarily on Inpatient orders build but could include working on break/fix tickets or build outside of orders. TEAM: The team consists of a balanced mix of support resources, including two non-Epic system support staff, approximately three Epic Willow Ambulatory team members (including partial FTE support), and five Epic Inpatient support staff. Additionally, the team currently includes a temporary Epic Willow Specialty Pharmacy Boost resource dedicated to supporting the implementation of Epic Specialty Pharmacy. The entire team works on break/fix support tickets, general maintenance and support tickets, enhancement requests, and project work. This position will not include any off-hour (evening or weekend) on call work but may help triage day-call tickets as needed. Required Qualifications:
- Certification and experience in Epic Willow Inpatient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4 years (flexible) experience building in Willow
- Can work independently and be a team member as needs come up.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and/or certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory
- Pharmacy tech certification
