Dispatch & Driver Support Specialist
We specialize in same-day, last-mile delivery services for businesses and individuals across the country. We're seeking organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Remote Dispatchers to join our 24/7 operations team. As a dispatcher, you’ll coordinate deliveries, support drivers in real time, and help ensure seamless logistics operations using our proprietary dispatching platform. This is a remote, full-time role with shift-based coverage, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign, monitor, and manage deliveries using our internal dispatch platform
- Communicate with drivers via phone, chat, and app notifications
- Resolve real-time issues including delays, location errors, and routing conflicts
- Provide support to customers and drivers during active deliveries
- Collaborate with other dispatchers to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts
- Keep performance metrics and incident reports organized and up to date
Qualifications
- Prior experience in dispatching, transportation, customer service, or call center operations is highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
- Technologically confident – able to navigate software platforms with speed and precision
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and fast at decision-making
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
