Full time Position: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm Pay Rate: $19.00-$24.00/hourly We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, professional, and customer-oriented person with a great attitude! The right candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and be a team player who is self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn, and can multitask. Responsibilities will Include: Providing excellent customer service to patients & making them feel special at each interaction! And especially the New Patient Experience! Creating a positive and professional atmosphere for all patients and team members Maintaining high HIPAA compliance standards Answering incoming calls, following our specific training protocols Scheduling appointments with utmost urgency, every time! Checking/responding to office voicemails, emails, and text messages (at least every 30 minutes) Checking and responding to appointment requests via patient communication platforms Checking patients in and out at reception desk area Collecting payment at the time of service and entering patient payments into the Practice Management Software The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Dental Clinic setting, operating Dentrix Ascend software or knowledge of dental software.
