Customer Support Specialist - Polish language

Your Responsibilities Provide customer support in Polish via phone Assist customers with inquiries, policy-related questions, and service requests Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems Deliver a high standard of customer experience through professional and empathetic communication Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) Good command of English (minimum B1) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-focused attitude and willingness to help others Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or similar roles is an advantage Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining a strong team player
