Customer Service Specialist
About the role We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our partners, customers, and representatives. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and resolving customer service issues, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. What you'll do Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service by responding to partner, customer, and Representative inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately. Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Account Managers, partners, customers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution. Representative Support: Review, process, and resolve rep issues submitted through the Reprise platform in accordance with Company policies and service standards. Disposal Request Management: Receive, review, and process disposal requests, ensuring all required information is complete and accurately documented. Payment Coordination: Submit approved disposal requests for payment in accordance with Company procedures and established timelines. Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, disposal requests, issue resolutions, and related documentation to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively. Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to service.
