Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and ongoing requests. Prepare and send estimates accurately and in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and resolving concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. Coordinate with internal team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer needs.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent. Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or a similar client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with CRM systems and standard office software.
