Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning and coordinating travel-related arrangements Research available options and provide recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and budget Review reservation details to ensure accuracy and completeness Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and online platforms Manage updates, modifications, and client service requests in a timely manner Maintain organized records, documentation, and client information Follow established procedures and company guidelines Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities Deliver exceptional customer support throughout the client experience
