This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performance remote team working with 8 and 9 figure consumer brands across global markets. This is not a role for channel managers. What You'll Do
Plan, build and manage high-performing campaigns across Meta and Google, aligned to each client's commercial model and financial targets Interpret performance through a financial lens, using contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC frameworks to guide client investment decisions Own client relationships end-to-end, delivering insights-driven reporting tied to P&L outcomes Identify growth levers beyond the ad account, including creative, funnel, offer, and customer acquisition economics Contribute to a culture of technical excellence, sharing learnings, challenging assumptions, and continuously improving your craft Who They're Looking For They hire across multiple levels. What matters at every level is the right foundation: Genuine DTC eCommerce paid media experience, running Meta and Google campaigns for product-based brands Commercial fluency, you understand how marketing spend connects to margin, CAC, and profitability, not just ROAS Ownership mindset, you flag problems early, present solutions, and take responsibility for outcomes Client-facing confidence, you can hold a strategic conversation with a founder without needing a script Curiosity and coachability, you are always looking to deepen your thinking and challenge what you know Levels We're Hiring At Growth Performance Marketer 3 to 6 years in DTC eCommerce paid media. Comfortable building campaign structures independently, running tests, and starting to contribute to client conversations on performance context. Beginning to develop financial fluency beyond standard platform metrics. Senior Performance Marketer 4 to 7 years managing high-spend eCommerce campaigns ($80K+ monthly). Strong fluency in financial KPIs including LTV:CAC, MER and aMER. Independently owns campaign architecture, testing roadmaps, and client strategy. Trusted to lead client conversations with confidence. Growth Strategist 5 or more years managing multi-channel 7 to 8 figure eCommerce portfolios. Advanced financial literacy across LTV modelling, forecasting, and contribution margin. Proven track record translating performance data into growth strategy and business outcomes. Has led senior client and founder-level conversations.
