Graceland Portable Buildings is growing rapidly and is looking for a Corporate Dealer to manage our sales lot. We are looking for a talented Dealer to assign and direct all work performed at the dealership and to supervise all areas of operation. You will foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper dealership operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Requirements
Proven business management experience Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices Ability to meet sales targets and production goals Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations Excellent organizational skills Results-driven and customer-focused Leadership and human resources management skills Degree or degree candidate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar fields preferred, but not required Highly ethical conduct Entrepreneurial spirit Self-motivated Self-starter Loves people Enjoys difficult challenges Never quits, never gives up, never surrenders Highly organized Problem solver Tech-forward Multi-tasker Creative Strategic Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or similar “Hunter” mentality – enjoys seeking out new customers and closing Thinks outside the box 1 year or more in sales experience preferred
