JOB TITLE: Fleet Centre Digital Manager TYPE OF CONTRACT: Consultant Regular Consultancy UNIT/DIVISION: MSDB Home-based DUTY STATION (City, Country): DURATION: EOD 4 Sept 2026 - NTE 31 Dec 2026 (renewable) The CTS will be reporting to Davide Picistrelli. He/she will be helping the MSDB unit in the following duties on the Fleet Centre and UNFleet platforms: Service Roadmap •Identify end users and MSDF and UN Fleet teams’ needs for further digitalization including common services to other UN organizations; •Explore the integration of Fleet Centre and UN Fleet with other digital platforms, in particular FMS, the UN Booking Hub and WINGs/UNHCR ERP; •Propose to the supervisor innovative services with the relative cost/benefit analysis; •Create and manage the Roadmap for the next development phases. Development management •Create the graphic mock-ups and wireframes to consolidate requirements for IT developers. •Write, manage and evaluate RFQs to vendors for the next phases of the project;•Coordinate the pool of outsourced resources in the Freedom in a Framework (FIAF) working context by organizing the workplan and oversighting its execution; •Pre-release tests and quality assurance on both graphic and functional sides. Content Management •Maintain accessories and vehicle catalogue, liaise with Fleet Center and UN Fleet offices for missing info and consistency check; •Maintain Fleet Centre and UN Fleet Focal Points list up to date and process the online access requests; •Fleet Centre and UN Fleet website content review and update; •Customization of Fleet Centre and UN Fleet provided material according to Fleet Center and UN Fleet branding guidelines. Change Management •Support MSDF in the roll out of new digital features to Country Offices; •Organize change management activities to ensure easy adoption by end user of new features including newsletters, manuals and webinars. Budget and supplier management •Create and manage the project’s budget history and forecast; •Liaise with Procurement and TEC to constantly monitor the quality provided by the vendors and looking out for chances to work with different suppliers if/when needed; •Liaise with Procurement and Vendors to cover all the needed administrative tasks (PRs, POs,LTAs, etc); As this position will be remotely based, consistent and reliable internet connection from the remote location is required.
