For more information, please visit www.WFGNationalTitle.com. Job Purpose The Supervisor works under the direction of a manager and is responsible for providing title or escrow services. This role oversees the responsibilities of an assigned team. The Supervisor is responsible for attaining all service level agreements and quality standards and productivity metrics established for the assigned team. Essential Job Functions: Implements ongoing processes for title and/or escrow under the direction of the management. Periodically audits files to verify transactions are being processed in accordance with company guidelines. Answers very complex questions regarding title search and/or escrow and closings. Meets with other Division Supervisors and Managers as necessary to evaluate and establish uniform procedures. Keeps management informed of potential claims, unusual risk, workflow or loss situations. Assists team with sensitive customer relation problems and resolving customer complaints. Provides training and coaching to the assigned team and clients as needed. Acts as site sponsor to implement communicate and direct all corporate initiatives and communications as requested. Performs and understands of all team functions and responsibilities of the team. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong analytical and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, partners and customers both verbally and in writing. Self-organizing and ability to remain motivated. Adaptability to learn quickly, multi-task, and retain information specific to the business domain. Basic Qualifications: At least five years (5) experience examining or closing and writing title reports and or/policies and/or disbursement or demonstrate a proficiency equivalent to the experience level in multi state Resale and Commercial transactions. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Fast typing skills including 10-key. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, partners and customers both verbally and in writing. Keen sense of urgency Ability to work in a paperless environment Adaptability to learn quickly, multi-task, and retain information specific to the business domain. Self-organizing and ability to remain motivated. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Title and/or Escrow experience. Resware, Title Point and Data Trace experience. Basic knowledge of property related documents such as deeds, mortgages, judgments, etc. Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Physical Requirements/ADA: No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility. Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; travel or other inconveniences have advance notice; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor. Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands. Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 lbs. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Days and hours of full –time position are flexible and candidate may be asked to be available for assigned shifts Monday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
