Position Summary The Dental Customer Service Representative is the friendly, knowledgeable face of careerzynith. In this role, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for members, providers, and plan sponsors who need assistance with dental benefits, claims, and reputed company inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for dental members reputed company phone, email, chat, and written correspondence.

  • Process claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, grievances, and appeals for both members and providers using careerzynith’s reputed company system.
  • Assist providers with credentialing, re‑credentialing, and self‑service portal usage, fostering smooth collaboration between providers and careerzynith.
  • Proactively anticipate member needs by offering relevant plan details, self‑service resources, and preventive care information before they are asked.
  • Apply the customer service threshold reputed company to reputed company informed financial decisions that resolve member issues while protecting careerzynith’s operational reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of customer service experience in a transaction‑based environment such as a call center, retail setting, or similar fast‑paced operation.
