We’re looking for a highly professional Client Success & Operations Manager to represent Markit in Turkey. This is not a typical support role — it’s an opportunity to combine client support, operations, and account development while contributing to Markit’s growth in the Turkish market. Think of it as a mix of customer success, account management, operations, business development, and country representation. This role also includes managing one local team member, adding a people-leadership dimension to the position. Your mission is to grow Markit’s business locally, support our valued clients, lead your local team, and act as our trusted representative on the ground. This is a remote role with a full-time employment contract. However, you must be based in Turkey, to actively grow the business by meeting with clients and distributors in person. Proven customer-facing customer success and sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B environment Fluent spoken and written English Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage diverse responsibilities Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Interest in the IT industry Prior experience managing or mentoring a team member, or clear readiness to take on a first people-management responsibility Strong advantage: Experience in IT hardware procurement and/or IT Sales Experience working with international clients Act as the single point of contact for Markit’s operations in Turkey Deliver high-quality client support, from order processing to issue resolution and warranty handling Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business expansion Manage and support one local team member, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Learn and master our internal sales platform and back-office systems Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless operations Represent Markit locally, setting the standard for service excellence and professionalism Competitive pay — fixed salary reviewed yearly, plus a quarterly performance bonus Health & time off — sick leave, vacation, plus all regional public holidays Equipment & stability — laptop and work tools provided At Markit, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to our “Helping Clients Succeed” philosophy, which sets us apart and makes us outstanding in the industry You will always be up to date with IT industry trends and collaborate with some of the world’s largest distributors, vendors, and organizations across various industries.
