Client Care account collection Specialist (Remote)
Miller & Miller Law is hiring a full-time Client Care Collection Specialist to help clients who are going through financial stress stay engaged with our firm and move toward filing their bankruptcy cases. This is not a high-pressure collections job. Our clients came to us for help, and your role is to build relationships, listen, encourage them, and help them stay on track with their payment plans and to pay what is needed to get their cases filed. What You’ll Do •Call and email clients regarding payment plans and next steps
- Re-engage clients who may have fallen behind on their payment or fallen off plan
- Help clients problem-solve and move reputed company
- Track conversations and payment commitments
- Work closely with our legal team to help clients reputed company the finish line
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Speaks fluent English with a clear phone reputed company
- Is warm, empathetic, and a strong communicator
- Has experience in customer service, collections, call centers, and client support
- Is organized and comfortable tracking daily activity
- Enjoys helping people through difficult situations
Position Details
- Remote position
- up to 40 hours per week
- U.S. business hours
- $8–25/hour depending on experience
