[Remote] Manager, Product Design – Client Experience
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stitch Fix is redefining retail by combining human creativity with advanced data science and Generative AI. They are seeking a Manager, Product Design to lead the design strategy and execution of the core client experience, focusing on how clients interact with their services and how stylists deliver personalized styling.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive design strategy across the full client journey, as well as the systems that support stylists
- Integrate AI into core journeys to enable more visual, personalized, and interactive experiences
- Identify and deliver high-impact opportunities that move the experience forward, balancing foundational improvements with new ideas and approaches
- Manage and coach designers, setting a high bar for craft, product thinking, and execution
- Shape priorities, align roadmaps, and drive execution in close partnership with cross-functional leaders
Skills
- 8–12+ years designing consumer products, with 2–4+ years leading teams
- Extensive experience owning complex, end-to-end product areas in consumer or marketplace environments
- Strong product thinking paired with excellent design craft
- Ability to define direction in ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
- Experience guiding teams while actively shaping work and outcomes
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams and levels
- Experience applying AI, ML and personalization to product experiences
